Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final - no returns or exchanges. If an item comes damaged, we will gladly fix the item if possible after it is sent back to us for repairs within 2 weeks.

Do you take custom orders?

We are currently taking custom orders for wristlets and lanyards. Some of our dangle earrings can be requested to be made to order. Made to order requests and custom orders will require a 50% deposit. Please message us on our Instagram page @withloveraeandshae or email us at withloveraeshae@gmail.com with any questions and to place a custom order.

What are processing and shipping times? What carrier is used to ship items?

Items are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. With Love, Rae and Shae use USPS to ship their items.

Special note:

* * With Love, Rae and Shae will not be operating between the dates of February 16, 2023 - February 21, 2023. Items purchased during this time will not be shipped until after February 21st, 2023. Items purchased by 8 PM MST February 15, 2023 will be shipped within one business day.
